Cancellation Policy for Skin By Chance Services We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Notice Requirement: • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. 2. Late Cancellations: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 20% of the scheduled service cost. 3. No-Show Policy: • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. 4. Repeated Cancellations: • Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to prepay for future services. 5. Exceptions: • We understand that emergencies arise. Please contact us directly to discuss any exceptional circumstances. 6. Confirmation: • We may send reminders via email or text prior to your appointment.
